Delavski dom Zagorje Cultural Centre

The idea to build Delavski dom (Workers’ Home Culture Institute) was proposed in 1951 by the Cultural Society Vesna. The following year, architect Emil Navinšek drew up the plans for the building that opened in 1960. Delavski dom, a historic building whose original architectural design has remained intact, provides the conditions for the house of culture to accomplish its mission of a major cultural and social institution. Franc Bernik Culture House Domžale

The Domžale Culture House traces its history back over one hundred years, to the former Community Centre dating from 1910 that hosted a large number of stage plays. Domžale Music School was established on the premises of the Community Centre in 1950 and assumed ownership of the building two and a half decades later. Over time, the centre fell into decay, and the music school moved out of the dilapidated building. The opening ceremony of the renovated venue, renamed Franc Bernik Culture House, took place on 6 February 1998. The building houses Music School Domžale and the Public Institution Franc Bernik Culture House Domžale. The Culture House bears the name of Domžale-based priest, writer, composer and the local chronicler, Franc Bernik (1870–1948). Location: Domžale

Gala Hala

The largest club of the Metelkova mesto Alternative Culture Centre, Gala Hala hosts concerts by major underground music artists stopping in Ljubljana on their tours. In addition to featuring music concerts, the club provides a venue for video screenings, live DJ appearances, and various themed evenings. In the summer, most of the concerts and other events organised by Gala Hala are held at the open-air venue set up in the club's back garden, which admits up to 900 people. Galerija Bar Trenutek

In 2016, Bar Trenutek was taken over by a young collective, which opened up an entirely new chapter in the establishment’s 20-year history. The venue’s refurbishment led to a new clientele and a markedly different atmosphere. Catering for music lovers, the Bar’s admission-free live-music concerts are held under the common title Free Pajzl Art Events.
