Lenart Krečič

Artist

Lenart Krečič is a Slovenian saxophonist known for his contributions to jazz and contemporary music. He has collaborated with notable artists, including Chris Potter and Brad Shepik. In 2010, he released the album “Chain of Sounds.” Krečič has performed at various international venues and continues to influence the jazz scene with his innovative style. Lenart Krečič is a member of the Big Band RTV Slovenija, serving as a saxophonist and the program coordinator since the 2015/16 season.

Leni Kravac

The band label themselves as an alternative turbo-folk band. They mix genres from drum 'n' bass to jazz, funk and hip hop with the passion of the Balkan temperament. They’re a party band that started out as a live DJ project and soon developed into a live band.

Composer Leon Firšt started out on his music career first as a clarinettist and then a percussionist. He then studied composition at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana under Dušan Bavdek. His symphonic, chamber and solo works are performed both in Slovenia and abroad.

Leonart is a Slovenian pop rock band from Maribor, founded in 2012. The band consists of Sebastijan Lukovnjak (vocals, acoustic guitar), Andrej Knehtl (electric guitar, backing vocals), Martin Počkar (bass, backing vocals), and Marko Brvar (drums). In 2016, they released their debut album Visoko v nebo, and in 2020, they followed it up with their second album Vrh sveta.

Leopold I.

Michael Leopold – Leopold I. is an unconventional troubadour from Gornja Radgona, who tackles complex social themes in his lyrics in a simple yet profound way. With musically diverse and rhythmically rich compositions, he breaks stereotypes about rap. His backing band, Drügi, recently introduced their new album Dober den. Known for witty lyrics that portray the “common man” and depict rural life, Leopold I. emerged on the scene in 2020 with the song Nesen. Together with producer Vid Turica, he released the album Dobro jütro, featuring the hit Kinderšpil.

Lepa žoga

Venue

Whilst essentially a 'sports bar', Lepa žoga (Nice Shot) regularly hosts various DJ shows and concerts, as well as occasional music festivals, most notably Šiška Deluxe. Location: Ljubljana
