Tabu

Artist

Tabu is a Slovenian pop-rock band formed in 1998. Their debut album was released in 2000, and they achieved recognition with hits such as "Dobra vila", "Angel" and "Poljubljena". The band has undergone several personnel changes over the years; in 2023, singer Eva Aljančič was joined by new vocalist Katarina Samobor. Tabu is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Gold and Platinum Record and the MTV Video Play Gold Award. Their music combines energetic pop-rock with introspective lyrics.

Tadej Droljc

Tadej Droljc is an interdisciplinary artist creating electronic music and computer-generated audiovisual works. He earned a PhD in audiovisual composition at the University of Huddersfield, where he also taught. He has received numerous awards, including the Edigma Semibreve and Lumen Prize Student Award, and has presented his work at major festivals like Ars Electronica, L.E.V., Semibreve, Cannes, Node, Sonica Glasgow, and Madatac.

Tadej Košir

Tadej Košir is a Slovenian guitarist, composer, and producer, known for collaborating with various musicians and bands on the local music scene. He studied jazz guitar at the conservatory in Klagenfurt. As a member of Muff and Raiven, he contributed as a songwriter. In 2020, during the pandemic, he launched his solo project Stalker, where he debuted as a lead vocalist. His project Electric Manners explores instrumental music, blending funk, jazz, and blues. He also plays guitar for Senidah.

Tadej Tomšič

Saxophonist, conductor and composer Tadej Tomšič is one of the most prominent Slovenian jazz musicians, he has been a member and conductor of the Big Band of RTV Slovenia for many years. He has been involved in music since the age of six. His first love was the clarinet, which he changed for the saxophone after enrolling at the University of Music and Visual Arts in Graz, Austria, and at the same time devoted himself completely to jazz. In 1998, as one of the best graduates of his generation, he returned to Ljubljana and joined the ranks of the RTV SLO Big Band as the first tenor saxophonist. Already in 2004, he became one of its regular conductors. He participated in more than 1,000 concerts and in a long line of prominent projects, a year ago also on Mia Žnidarič's new album Love You Madly.

Tadej Vesenjak

A native of Slovenian Prlekija region, singer-songwriter Vesenjak writes and sings in his local dialect. He has repeatedly won awards at the KantFest International singer-songwriter festival and contest.

Tadeja Vulc

Artist

Driven by a deep desire for creating, composer Tadeja Vulc studied composition at the Academy of Music in Ljubljana under Assoc. Prof. Uroš Rojko and furthered her studies in composition at the University of Music in Vienna with composer Michael Jarrell. Since 1995, Tadeja Vulc has been devoting her time to choral conducting. She has conducted many different choirs and ensembles in various projects throughout the country and abroad, and received numerous awards in recognition of choral performance and repertoire selection.

Tanja Vogrin

Mezzosoprano and harpist Tanja Vogrin’s main focus of interest is the exploration of early vocal techniques and historically informed performance. Noted for accompanying herself on the harp, Tanja Vogrin is a founding member of the Concerto di Margherita, an ensemble whose focus lies in reviving self-accompaniment. She gives regular concerts throughout Europe as a soloist or with different ensembles and inspires young musicians at home and abroad as a knowledgeable teacher.

Teo Collori in Momento Cigano

The group Teo Collori and Momento Cigano plays a mix of Romani and swing music. It is a project that weaves together new and fresh stories with nostalgia. The musicians offer authored music in a style that brings to life a time of salon music, cigars, Charleston and lacquer shoes.

Terranigma

Terranigma is the alias of DJ / producer Črt Trkman, also known as Freeverse, who has been active on the local scene for the past 10 years. Terranigma is a throwback to his youth and a nod to the influences, which set him on his musical path. This is manifested through intricately arranged jungle breaks floating somewhere between UK aesthetics and the classic electro sounds of the early noughties. He has released music on the compilation “Gibanica Vol. 2” and EP “Booster Pack”, out on Kamizdat.
