The event brings together musicians, record labels, marketing agencies, festival representatives, booking agents, radio stations, and jazz enthusiasts from around the world. Each year, around 20,000 guests attend the festival, including about 3,500 industry professionals, and the program features roughly 200 concerts. The lineup showcases both established names and rising stars of the jazz scene.

In 2026, the professional festival and conference will take place April 23–25 in Bremen, Germany.
