Keychange invites applications for mentors for the Talent Leadership Program 2026

Mentorship is an important part of the program. Each mentor is paired with a participant for a series of one-to-one conversations over the summer. It is a space for reflection, exchange and support as participants develop their leadership and work towards change in the music industry.

This is a paid role, and mentors will also join a small circle of professionals connected through the program, sharing perspectives across roles, genres and countries.

Applications are open until 24 April 2026.
