The Festival: A Cultural Milestone

The 33rd Oulu Music Video Festival will be held on 27–30 August 2026 in Oulu, Finland, as part of the prestigious Oulu 2026 European Capital of Culture programme — making this year's edition especially significant on the European cultural calendar.

Awards & Prizes

Winners of the European Music Video Competition will be celebrated at the festival gala on 29 August 2026. The main prize is a pair of Genelec speakers valued at €8,000, one of the most coveted tools in professional audio production.
