UPBEAT Artist Mentoring Programme 2026
UPBEAT is closing a dynamic and successful 2025 and stepping into 2026 with renewed energy, growth, and new opportunities for emerging artists across Europe. Over the past year, the initiative awarded two prizes, concluded the first chapter of the project while launching the next phase, and—most importantly—supported hundreds of promising artists in developing their international careers.
As part of this continued commitment, UPBEAT has officially launched its new Artist Mentoring Programme, developed in partnership with the European Music Managers Alliance (EMMA). The programme is designed for emerging artists who are ready to take the next step and strengthen their presence on the international music scene.
Selected artists will be paired with experienced mentors and work closely with them to develop tailored career trajectories, refine artistic and professional skills, and build sustainable pathways for growth. The mentoring programme is aimed at ambitious artists seeking long-term development, meaningful connections, and international opportunities.
Applications are now open and will close on 21 January 2026.
